Willow One – Zinc Re-roof

A new Zinc roof has added to the drama of this existing home.

Using VM Anthra Zinc in a Single lock standing seam profile, we created a brand new roof for this lakeside house.

The challenge with working with an existing roof is you have to work with what is there. You are not able to manipulate the positioning of dormers, skylights or roof penetrations to suit your tray width. We believe we have achieved a great result – finding the best layout and aesthetic outcome for the valleys, hips and dormers.

A Standing Seam roof is ideal for solar panel additions, as they can be attached without penetrating the roof envelope and compromising it’s integrity.

Set against the cliff, looking over the lake – this beautiful home has been given a facelift that not only compliments the surrounding environment, but compliments the rest of the home’s features.
